New Digital Check-Ins and Consent Forms Coming Soon

Online check-in now available

At Florida Eye Specialists, our commitment to innovation and exceptional patient care drives us to explore cutting-edge solutions. That is why we are excited to introduce a new digital check-in and consent system. Starting in November, patients will be invited to join our new check-in process.

Pilot Program to Improve Patient Care

The pilot program began November 1st and will be staggered across the following locations: Northside, Stockton, Ponte Vedra, and Nocatee offices through the end of the year. We expect mobile check-ins to be introduced at most other offices beginning January 2024.

Digital Check-Ins

The new check-in process will eliminate the hassles of manual registration. Now you can check in to your appointment anywhere using your smartphone, tablet, or home computer, making the process easier and faster for you.

Say Goodbye to Paper Consent Forms

Our secure digital consent process simplifies documentation, making it easier and more efficient for patients and staff. We hope that will make your patient experience less stressful for you!

Sign Up and Registration

Patients will receive a confirmation email a few minutes after they schedule an appointment. This will include information on how to begin mobile check-in. Sign in using your date of birth.

If you haven’t checked in already, you will receive a 24-hour and 2-hour appointment reminder email to complete the process. Please complete your check-in tasks 24 hours before your visit if possible.
